T'other night there was a storm to the east and i was in the garden listening to a constant rumbling of thunder without a break.
Ive never heard anything like it, there was no break in the sound, it just kept on and on.
Nature is a wonderful thing and also very frightening .

The best storm we had in my opinion
( cudworth )took place about 4 year ago I think it was.....to be honest it was like something out of a sci-fi movie from the constant sound of heavy metal grinding together the strong wind and then the sudden drop in air pressure followed by a tremendous amount of rain ...quickly turning to hail stone the size of golf balls at times ....plus how dark it got before both sheet and fork lightening lit up the sky...lasted a good 20mins before taking a left turn and heading towards Carlton Royston area where it seemed to stay ages...
If I didn't know better I would have said it was an alien mother ship like you see in the movies maneuvering above us....and yet a thunderstorm of that magnitude never made the news ....it was all over social media at the Time....if I knew how to do it I'd post the videos I took....
    Love a good electrical storm

It's a bugger when you get trapped in a pub. I feel for you, mate, I really do.
