Yeah. Seems a strange one, seen reports that it's fury himself that's tested positive and other reports a member from his camp

You would have thought they would have all had to remain in a bubble but fury has been going here there and everywhere a lately

Hard not to be sceptical about it when Fury ahs a history of putting off fights coupled with the fact he didn't want this fight.

The whole fight is a farce to be honest. From the contractual agreements, to the way Fury and his team approached the AJ negotiations, how quickly they moved on and got a deal sorted, how content they appeared to be with the AJ fight being hijacked.

It's all very strange. The obvious biggest influence is the slow ticket sales. The second fight was so one sided why would you think that you could triple the crowd for a rematch? Fury doesn't have a massive following in the US at all, Wilder was always one of the least popular heavyweight champions from America, and the only reason the second fight sold out was because of the intrigue of the first fight being so controversial. Once that was removed there's no demand.

Bigger and better fights being made across the US right now. I think they're banking on AJ beating Usyk and then dangling the carrot of 'Winner vs. AJ' to create the hype and demand. Fury has yet to defend a heavyweight title. Not once.

Quite staggering that he’s twice shocked the world and dethroned long-reigning champions in their own backyards and then we get years of nonsense afterwards.

I’m the biggest Fury fan I know and even I’m bored of it all.

This is what puts me off Fury, I think he's great to watch and has an amazing story, but all the daftness around fights turns me off of him and the sport. Stop p1ssing about and get in the ring.

According to report I've just heard it is Fury who's tested positive. Bad timing if true.

But I agree. It is getting a bit tedious.

I suppose it's a delicate issue fathoming him out? What with his mental issues and so on. Maybe he goes on a downer and goes all diva?
Its intriguing to me in that respect.

As a side note, I've a brother who is a registered schizophrenic but enjoyed cage fighting. He's not allowed to participate on account of his condition, and since that decision he's gone into a major depression. Feel for him I do.
Just for clarity, I'm not likening his situation to Fury's lol

Which is the best national football team in Europe?

That question is answered by arranging the Euros - if you want to show you are the best team, get qualifying for it, and then win it.

In boxing, England and Italy would do all they can to avoid each other. One of them would play Albania, but *maybe* they might arrange a game with each other in five years, when Chiellini doesn't play any more, and when Kyle Walker is way beyond his best.

You might have had a point with this if you posted it 18 months ago but recently we've had some brilliant unification fights. There's a definite shift in recent years towards wanting to secure legacy over cash - but obviously cash always ends up being king (along with greedy organisations and promoters).
