Undoubtedly yes. Nazi Johnson today: "by the end of September, when all over 18s have had their chance to be double jabbed we're planning to make full vaccination the condition of entry to nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather."
Might be a good time to mention that you can get a QR code of your vaccine status from the NHS app. You don't even require your NHS number, just your name, date of birth, and the postcode your GP has for you. This is a total godsend for me, because I am terrified of losing my crappy bit of card.
At the euros at Wembley your vaccination card wasn’t acceptable as proof of vaccination. It had to be the NHS app. Not that it worked as me and the wife both tested positive since.
Vaccination card not accepted at Wembley for rugby. Did t even scan qr code just looked at it. Was told to bring photo ID too but never asked to show it.
We should only need it for the occasional game if this is true...... https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/s...tend-autumn-matches-infection-rates-high.html
No Idea why anyone is thinking anything will be clear - whatever the clowns announce they change again a few days later who knows what the requirements will be next month Coco doesnt do planning
To be fair to Boris apart from not saying the date it will be brought in on, not saying what they deem to be a big enough crowd to ask for it, not saying if he includes both indoor and outdoor events and not saying how those exempt can get proof they are exempt I think he's been very clear about everything. Going to be fun and games people getting out their digital passports at the gate when Oakwell doesn't have WiFi for fans to use and even if it did it would struggle to cope with thousands turning up at the same time wanting to use it rather than mobile data.
How do they know the screenshot you're showing them is yours and not one someone has took a screenshot of online or been sent by a friend to help them?
Right, so I'm actually not going to be able to attend any games if I make it to the UK in August, due to being vaccinated abroad. Absolutely fcking brilliant.
It has your name on it, you should have ID with you, or at least your season ticket. In any case, what’s to say the status on the app is yours and not your pals account that you’ve logged into? Ah yes, it’ll have your name on it.
Exactly. The whole vaccine passport idea is useless when it's not got photo ID. Unless they want thousands of people to start carrying a driving license or passport to every game, which will result in people losing them.
