Our box office have still not heard about tickets for this game which takes place on the day that the Welsh Government eases their restriction. The latest info I could find on the current Welsh rules is that up to 10,000 fans can attend sporting events. Presumably that is less than the usual Cardifff crowd. Anyone heard anything at all.
Not heard anything but the average crowd in 19/20 not counting lockdown games obviously was over 20,000. Can't see any away fans being allowed in.
My mate who organises buses for us to every home & away game was at a meeting with the club, police and travel groups a few days ago. He said that as of 7th August everything is back to normal, full capacity and no restrictions. I’d assume that that meant away fans as well. The only caveat to that is that it’s not the clown Dripford and his Welsh “Government” that have said this. He’ll want us to stay in lockdown forever.
I assume of no away fans are allowed we would be allowed iFollow for £10 but that’s applying some common sense which isn’t always evident. No idea if the ban on showing live footy on Saturday afternoons will be back with the 3 subs.
Isnt that just biting our noses off to spite our face though? It'll be us what lose out on ticket money?
Why ? If it is a Welsh government instruction why are Cardiff city & more to the point their fans culpable ? , its not their fault.
