Got my 4 flexi’es, so as my Grandson who goes with me, my question is - can an adult use one of my G/sons tickets or is it junior for junior etc? Anyone know? Cheers!

In the email I got from the club this morning it says the flexi tickets are not age or stand related. It was a generic type of mail so I doubt if your grandsons ticket is treated differently but there should be an email with terms going to whoever has is account details I would expect

The email states no ages restrictions are allocated to the tickets. So anyone can use them

    • The tickets can be used for any home league game during the 2020/2021 or 2021/2022 season.
    • Tickets are not age or stand related.
    • You can use one ticket for four different games or all four tickets for one game, the choice is yours.
    • The tickets will be printed in your name but please don’t worry, you can give them to friends if you wish.

What were the flexi tickets offered for? Was it something to do with season ticket holders not been able to go to the last couple games of the season before last? I’ve no idea if I redeemed one to be honest. Does anyone know how to check if you did?

Absolutely brilliant news that the club have extended the period for the 4 game flexi for another year to the end of the 22/23 season,

    Well done Barnsley FC :)

I really hoped they would and am over the moon that they have. I promised my dad them but I was feeling a worry about him attending matches, now he won’t feel pressured to use them straight away if he doesn’t want to.

According to the email there is no limit so use a kids flexi ticket to get an adult one.

The club should have an option through Google n Apple Pay like with the season passes to digitally pass on a flexi to a friend or family member so they can search for and book their own ticket. That would be helpful.

One step at a time pal. Its a good enough offer as it is.

Adding in extra technological requirements (yes may benefit longer term) are a bit much of an ask right now.

Maybe later is a good idea, but the club don't have a massive Web/app development team if any at all

Yes I agree one step at a time. What we've been able to do this week is a very good start. The option to be able to transfer something from your own Google/Apple Pay to that of someone else can be something for the future.
