    This is what the lad needs. Adoration, a smile back on his face, close to home etc.

    He's a very good footballer, and shouldn't be in L2 all things being normal.

    He's not in league Two because nobody in the higher league didn't want him, because they did.

    He wants to be closer to home.

    League 1 is his level. Maybe Championship if a team plays wingers. Few do.

    In league 2 he should blitz it. A very decent lad & player, just didn't fit our style of play.

    Sadly I can't wish him success as that'll mean Barton has success too, we shouldn't be doing business with any club who feels he's a fit and proper person capable of managing anyone, let alone potentially impressionable young adults. I'll wish Luke personal happiness, that'll have to do.
