    "Right Bob, we need a two page article that predicts the Championship places next season. Above all, make it interesting and controversial - have some obvious promotion contenders finishing outside the top six... and stick one of those tinpot northern sides in there instead... Rotherham or Halifax or somebody. Nothing too stupid, though - for God's sake don't show Derby outside the bottom three."

    6th is aspirational but who knows. I don’t think it’s as difficult of a division as previous seasons.

    Thing with West Brom, if they start with decent home and away wins, then I can see them going through the season unbeaten, and Val getting a chance to mix things up a bit and develop.
    But if they start poorly, then with all the expectation at that club, it could indeed be a long hard season for them.

    In a way there is little pressure on us. Nobody expected an outstanding season last year, and there will be little expectation of us repeating the feat. If we start well, when expectation is 'meh' (I won't say low) then it could be another good year.
