    2 nil defeat I’m afraid. Bad first game to have, Cardiff are one of our bogey sides and will be a very tough opponent. Things will improve but think it’ll be a bad start.

    Some decent football played but we invite a lot of pressure on ourselves by playing around at the back and go 2-0 down early on. Huff and puff without really getting anywhere. Lose 3-1. Rinse and repeat for the first month. Schopp then has an epiphany and we start playing the ball on the floor only well away from our own penalty area. Results improve massively and Schopp is lauded as a football genius.

    Dunno what to think. The game has suddenly crept up on us and I barely have a clue how Cardiff have done over summer and pre season and not seen us either.
    We start over again, again. They will have a familiar Mccarthy stamp. Big Keef is now an established international, and he won't be facing Mads, who has had him in his pocket in recent encounters.

    Got to say I'd be happy with a draw and form a better opinion and guess next game up.
