Not seen any mention of Devante today was he injured?
With two new lads looking a way off and Morris injured might need to step up

I thought along with Ben Williams the other disappointment for me was Oduor, didn’t look at the races and we we’re almost playing with 10 men at times. Cole must surely get the nod i Tuesday unless he’s absolutely gash in training.

Why criticize Odour when a far more senior foreward hasn't been too effective in all 3 games ?

Didn't think he was too bad in open play on Tuesday, obviously he missed the desicive penalty on Tuesday but we could be still taking pens now and qalton wouldnt have saved one so someone had to miss

I was thinking today that maybe if Collins had been playing on Tuesday we would have won that shootout. You would expect to win if you score your first four penalties but Walton never got near one of theirs. I know there is a lot of luck involved in stopping one but some keepers have more of that than others, or maybe they just anticipate better.

I think Jack was just bouncing around too much on his line, rather than making himself big. I like the lad but he didn't have his best game Tuesday night and Collins looked much more comfortable today.

Kept a clean sheet and two or three very decent saves. Came out well too.

Not as assured as Collins was today or last Saturday overall, but I wouldn’t be saying he was poor.

I think Cole might have been a panic buy. Hope I'm wrong. I preferred the look of Thompson, when he came on against Bolton. Kane is 4th choice in CM, so he won't always make the bench. Plenty of time for him to force his way in though.
I'd put Styles back to LWB, so we can play Benson without dropping Palmer.

Agree with you on Oduor. I’ve always stuck up for him but looked listless yesterday, hardly got involved at all.

When I heard the team I was very disappointed to see Victor on the bench & no Cole , I was also disappointed to see Benson on the bench and was hoping he would start but we ended up with the points so what do I know .

Did we sign Cole before Schopp arrived?

Cole was a really strange signing but he might come good. I actually like Kane, once he gets properly match fit I think he could be a really good asset. His problem is that he's got 3 players in front of him who look to be in form.

I thought the same about benson but at the minute who do you take out for him? Can't drop palmer after his 2 league games only option would be move styles and play benson in the middle Tuesday because young ben williams had a nightmare yesterday.

Doesn't look good if you were signed as a forward, new boss comes in n picks Victor and a left back in Odour as forwards before you.

I think we are seeing the settling in from players to adjust to a new style and manager. I thought Cole did enough Tues to be ahead of Adebeyojo for a place on the bench. We seem lightweight in terms of bench strength / quality and the 2 games a week wont help (especially if we run yellows up as fast as yesterdays). Cant understand why we aint seeing Kane on bench given our limited creativity and surely the other two strikers can give 15 mins if needed.
