Thanks JD - from the video the guy is clearly doing the Nazi salute and should be reported to the police.
Not sure of the legal position but if an offence is committed outside the football ground it's primarily a police issue not something the club should be involved in ???
Whatever the Mount landlord says the incident happened at The Mount and the landlord must take some responsibility.

Not sure, think the booing was more towards the back and drowned out by applause round us but the stewards were certainly being kept busy in other ways.

The landlord doesn't take any responsibility, that's not how it works. She has, however, already said that the person will be banned.
As you have been told many many times, the club can refuse to serve anyone it wants. If it chooses not to do business with a racist then that's perfectly within its right.

Should be banned, yesterday reminded me a little of when we play Leeds or the deedahs and the weapons grade pond life come out of hibernation and get all giddy. Not usually season ticket holders, but still there is an unwelcome element who tag along it seems to me. And yes, the club should absolutely have the right to ban people who behave in this manner away from the ground during the match day build up or aftermath. Fk all racists and fascism, these people are the exact opposite of what they claim to be - true patriots of this country live and died for an ideal which stands up for liberty, freedom and democracy and these people are the bigger enemy then Russia or China or the Taliban or ISIS because they are the real enemy within.

The club can refuse entry to Oakwell if, in their opinion, they feel that the offender is bringing the club into disrepute. It is worthwhile reading the ground rules posted up on the concourses.

 

The bloke with the nazi salute is obviously a bit of a plank and doesn’t do much for the image of the town in that video.
However, I fail to see how we can expect to have him banned from Oakwell if we’re going to be realistic about this. Where do you draw the line? Plenty of folk who are regulars at Oakwell will do things through the week that would offend many of us and may be against the law too.
If he starts doing it inside Oakwell then that’d be a different matter….
