    Definitely lack of effort. We put 30 balls to his head and his feet haven't left the ground once.

    Couldn’t disagree more, if you think lack of effort is part of any shortcomings in Woodrow’s performances then you’re watching a completely different player to me. I thought he was poor tonight and lacking in certain things in his game but lack of effort wasn’t one of them

    yes it’s the one thing he never lacks. We create virtually nothing. When he starts missing chances that’ll be the time to worry.

    18 month without fans at Oakwell and it becomes this in mid August.

    He didn’t get 10 from open play last season in a side that made the playoffs. Three up top doesn’t suit him for me. Put him in a 2 alongside a big lad and I’m sure he’ll bag plenty.

    I’ve never been his biggest fan, I used to debate on here with people who believed he was better than Moore but I don’t think he’s the problem in that front 3. He needs some pace & power around him. He needs Morris & hopefully the Belgians creating havoc around him. He never seems to get any space when he’s seen as the main man

    His second touch is a tackle and usually an opposition free kick. He drops deep to receive the ball and invariably gives away possession.
    I wouldn't say he lacks effort though.
    Apparently the Belgian two haven't had time to pick up the style/system yet, whatever it is!

    Should have cashed in on him a while back,he looks like we’ve got all we can out of him,that said he was at his best in a front 2 alongside Kieffer.Hopefully Morris will be fit soon and our invisible men from Belgium will get him back to his best.

    I think he's a decent player but it's just gone stale. I think his time is up with us. He'd probably score a hat full of goals freshened up for someone else.

    Can't see us getting over a million on form in last 12 months. And we would have to give fulham 50% vic and Miller get all the stick but cauley has been disappointing for a long time now
