I'd take 61 points, would've taken that at the start of the season, and would've taken it even if Ismael and Mowatt were still at the club. It's all about keeping away from the relegation scrap, then if you have a good run you can make a push like we did last season. Hopefully we can get one win out of the next two games, or two draws, then get Morris, Andersen and maybe even Iseka and Oulare available after the international break. If we can get those back, then a handful of games after the break will give us a clearer picture of what Schopp is trying to do with the team.
Cant see us getting anything at QPR - they finished last season as strongly as anyone and kept the same manager and have started this season looking quite good - I think with the fans back our normal sevice at QPR will be resumed. Hope we are good enough to beat Birmingham - I would be fine with 7 points from the first 5 games. I am not at all hopeful we will have Morris back after the break but we wont know until someone tells us how his scan went
7 from 5 would be a good return. I don't know about Morris, just saw Schopp quoted as saying "a few weeks". Although a few weeks in the Barnsley medical room can last years.
We’ve played four competitive games so it’s way too early to make an assessment, have to play at least ten. He’s still figuring out what works and doesn’t and who should play; we could easily have drawn the last two (and have a point less) so what is with all the doom and gloom? These people who criticise and write off managers and players so quickly: do you do the same to your children or work colleagues the first time they try something and don’t get it right? Do you get everything right the first time you do something?
Collins shouting from edge of his box over to Schopp asking what tactics he wanted to play and looking pi$$ed off at the answer, is not a good sign, Schopp looks like he doesn't have the confidence of the players, also Schopp shouting "come on guys 20 more minutes with 10 minutes to go ",wtf is that all about
if you cant do basic math, what hope is there ,he literally doesn't know the time of day, time is time in any language
Standard coaching to say stuff like 0- 0 when they ve gone a goal up and to say longer to go so you don't psychologically tire before the end.
