    We’ve signed James and Sollbauer in the last two seasons, so I’m sure the club will try to bring someone in, but who’s available that we can afford and actually do a job? Is there anyone out there in similar circumstances to Matty James last season? We don’t want to bring in a Matt mills type signing just for the sake of it.

    We should look at that Sollbauer who plays for Dynamo Dresden, could do a job.

    I'd say the opposite. A bit more experience could have turned some of the draws into wins and tight losses into draws. And the play-off matches were a prime example of when we needed someone up top with more big-match experience. I loved big Dike while he was here, but his inexperience showed big time in the games against Swansea...

    We have gone from being to run all day to not being able to run for 90 mins. It’s the hope that kills you that things might change but year after year we still make bewildering decisions.

    Matty James would have been perfect for us this season but apparently he can’t play 90 minutes for Barnsley for some reason.

    We also had Sollbauer, Mowatt and James at the start of VI’s reign. Schopp would kill for that level of experience now. James went in Jan, but he played a big part in the side getting a winning mentality and closing out numerous games when 2-1 up.

    Much easier with five first team quality subs than three who all weaken the side.

    Exactly that, last season we had game changing players to come on and keep the pressure on and still get the goals.

    Halme and moon aren't even good enough to start in the championship so it's abit much to expect them to make a difference from the bench. Not their fault.

    Easier to do that when you’re deploying the hoof like. At worst the game becomes ugly but you still get to enforce your style

    Think it's more midfield that needs experience we've got Collins and Helik in defence that should be able to organise.
