Was it below the belt line or above it?

Most people back away from me when I start talking to them in the street. That's probably cos they don't know who I am, and I sadly don't know who they are.

Try talking about the Ramones to someone wearing a Ramones tee shirt, that's always interesting!

    absolutely not O.K. -

Cardigan Bay doesn't deserve to be polluted by a Leeds fan!

Someone once introduced himself to me, I think he regretted it, anyone who knows me will understand why…. note to self, when they start looking at their watch it’s time to shut up talking.

I wore a Barnsley away shirt to Tramlines this year. I received a number (over 5, less than 10) of polite 'You Reds' from strangers.

Not a single weirdo tried to engage me in conversation. :)

Saw two reds fans in Cyprus the other year. They looked to be having a bit of a domestic whilst looking round the tombs so I didn’t say anything

I always get a "you reds!!" walking along the prom at Skeggy. Most I've had was a brief conversation. "How do you think we'll do this season?" etc. Never had any love though. I don't know what Laura would say :D

Just back from 3 weeks in Scarborough which is full of reds proud to wear their colours and exchange the customary greeting/acknowledgement.
One keen eyed soul even spotted the retro navy blue Shaw Carpets away shirt I had on.
The place was flooded with Leeds shirts for the opening day game against Man Utd but they soon thinned out after their hammering!

I remember in my early 20's, I joined a silent order of monks. Saw one of the lads in town on my day off, neither of us knew what to say.

Tbf. your extensive long winded aftermatch reports. Do drag on and tend to get a bit tiresome.

Not everyone wants to chat. I have Asperger's and will talk the back legs off a donkey if you catch me in the right mood. I also have a football daft nephew who has learning difficulties and he is incredibly shy. He would have some difficulty working out the appropriate response. I also have a Grandson who is stone deaf and as a result of that he is also very shy.

Have you come across many wearing the T who are actually fans?
