    Gosh it’s hard work,how as it won awards,1 hour 20 mins to go ,reckon it’s the son that’s done it upset at his dad leaving his mum when he was a kid

    Speaking of Columbo, I found this question online recently...

    "We all know Peter Falk had a fake eye. But did Columbo also have a fake eye, or did Falk's fake eye play the part of a real one?"

    ...and it's such a strange thing to ask that it set me off chuckling. You've just reminded me of it and now I'm chuckling again.

    you went too early mate. First half hour is always full of red herrings and disposable characters. Need to start concentrating at two commercial breaks before the end

    Vera: 1hr 56minutes of being stroppy.
    Culprit: seen with 4 mins to go.
    Vera: did you do it pet?
    Culprit: yeah you got me bang to rights.
