Do we not defend/attack as a team?

With Collins there is a trade off, he's very quick off his line and comfortable playing as a sweeper keeper as he did so well last year but he's much weaker than Jack Walton as a shot stopper. Which keeper plays should really depend on the tactics we adopt throughout the season. If we play a high line in defence and the keeper is required to spend a lot of his time around he edge of the box then it's Collins all the way, if we play a more traditional game with the defence a little deeper and the keeper required to do less sweeping up and the shot stopping and 'normal' goalkeeping skills become more important than Walton should be in goal.

Chair and Adomah had too much pace and trickery for our guys. Toby is quick but got done by Chair all ends up.

Doesn`t seem to be that cover from wing backs that we had last season. Maybe am wrong and its just teething problems.

First time I’ve seen Kitching this year and I hope he’s usually better than he was today. Too many mistakes.

Unfortunately, another mistake this weekend from Toby.

It’s completely normal for players to hit a bit of a wobble form wise, but when they do things need to be refreshed. Moon or J Williams until Anderson returns

Having watched the highlights, I think it's clear that he made the right decision on this one mate, the ball was too high for him to head and had to turn otherwise if he had jumped and missed it, their lad would have had one less player to challenge him. Maybe he was slow turning and should have made more of an effort to get to the ball as it bounced, but the decision to let it bounce was right.

Should never let ball bounce in penalty box

I agree Think he was at fault for the goal and will always have an error in him - even though his pace is an asset he’s not good enough IMHO

Agreed, but I do think he was right to turn instead of trying to head it. Very hard to argue that he "let it bounce" once it's clear that he couldn't head it. As I said, he could have turned faster and maybe lunged at the ball - which he was then on the wrong side of - with the possibilities of a) giving away a penalty or b) scoring an own goal. I really think it's harsh to blame him in this case.

The team shouldn't have let the ball bounce from the initial ball into the box from the throw in. If we had cleared that properly then we wouldn't have had to defend the second ball in from Bensons clearance.

Toby should have dealt with it. His fault for the goal.

He stopped and The scorer got in front of him .
Collins could have gathered it if he’d kept his body between him and the attacker .
Toby acknowledged the mistake so it’s not harsh to blame him as long as he learns from it.
Must say it knocked his confidence rest of game .

We have a brilliant defence and im not sure who Anderson wiĺl replace either change of side for Sibbick or replacement for Kitchin.

Maybe go 4 at the back using Sibbick and Kitchin as fullbacks allowing Brittain and styles to push on dropping one of the front 3.

Neither Sibbick or Kitchin shouldnt be taking any criticsm both have been great this season and i dont think moon or williams or Halme will improve the back 3 at the moment and a defensive unit playing together regularly only get better.
