Try roasting them for ~40 minutes with onions, peppers and carrots, drizzled in olive oil with a bit of seasoning. (Covered of course)
My Mum always says you shouldn't eat sprouts until after the first frost, i.e., they don't taste good until then. No idea if this is ******, probably is.
I love sprouts. I make a delicious sprout soup. No one believes it until they try it and then they're convinced! Love quickly stir frying them with a little bacon and also lightly boiled Love 'em
