Keighley - Grind & Groove. Helped out on those Record Store Day things a few times. They've got a Saturday lad now, though, so not sure they'll need me! They're moving soon to bigger premises at bottom of Cavendish St.

Another time? JP runs the Brudenell Record Fair near me. That's always worth a visit.

Got about 3,200 lps and about 1700 singles. I have a very nice Roksan system (a retirement present I bought myself) going through Kef reference speakers. I never stopped with proper records although from the mid nineties up until the 2010’s new recordings were hard to find. Plenty of good record shops in Norwich and a record fair every 3 months or so for 2nd hand stuff, most new records I buy online usually from Norman’s Records https://www.normanrecords.com/

I've been buying vinyl again for about 5 years and recently got my old stuff down from the loft. Think I'll invest in a manual cleaning system. Fortunately I've access to a state of the art lab, with IPA and distilled water essentially on tap.

Noticed that yesterday but we were too busy stocking up on Winbirri wine and Pickering's sausages. :)

Did you know that before you bought it? If you didn’t I’d be sending that straight back. Looks like some proprietary plug. Suspect there’s a missing PSU block which that plugs into. Probably worth googling the turntable model number

I've got a Rega PL1 gloss black deck doing nowt if anyone"s interested. Brand new, only played one record on it; now back in it's original box.

Yes. They've not done one for a bit. Will ask JP next week what his plans are.

They have great beer at the Brude. Cheap as well, as it is a WMC. Before lockdown the fair was really thriving. I suspect he'll have one planned for around the time students return, so late Sept / early October on a Sunday. It's only 20 mins walk from my flat, which is a bonus.

No, building work delayed, so guessing at moment. Have you seen this, by the way?

He is alright actually. His son play for my lads team at U16s. Refs occasionally - sent on opposition manager off 2 years ago. Had to walk 300yds to his car and sit there until game finished. Hilarious. He was being a numpty tbh....
