When you’re darn sarf no one’s interested. It'll be just me as usual but someone will shuffle across like they always do...

“Who’s playing? Didn’t know Barnes were in a league.”

    “Barnsley” “

“Oh, Burnley yes I’ve heard of them. Are you from Burnley?”

    Just. F. Off.

So.....I've tried using a VPN on my phone for both SKY and NOWTV, but it doesn't fool them. It's says I can't stream those apps outside UK, but the VPN was London. Never had to do it this way round, is it not doable then?

Sky have ways of identifying VPN IP addresses pretty quick.

Not as sophisticated a system, but I think they are happy taking the money, where as Sky are keen to keep their licenses protected.

I was in Pefkos one October when we were playing Portsmouth away, the game was on Sky.
The big screen was showing Chelsea v ? and our game was on the smaller telly. As I went in the bar this bloke from Barnsley shouted to me to tell the bar man to switch the Barnsley match to the big screen or they were all going.I told the barman and he had a choice to make.Does he upset one young Chelsea fan with his girlfriend or upset around 10 couples who were all pint swilling people.Once again Barnsley came out on top. Unfortunately we lost 2-0 but the company was good.

Turns out the bars a bit sparse, the owner is Dutch, so we've got Brugge v PSV cos he wants to see Brugge well beat (Holland/Belgium rivalry apparently). It's on a channel called Mega, tbf he doesnt get Sky and has looked for our match but no feeds.

Yes a culmination of not wearing my glasses, fat fingers and too many beers. That was a helluva PSV side, still a crap match tho, considering how some of the others played out.
