Ha ha I suppose the cooking of it prior enables the urine to give it a good tangy flavour, plus it could help burn away the few pieces of organic dental floss

I noticed dirty Dershowitz was using the same argument as Prince Antiperspirant. "We all paid her and some her mates off, so nothing to see here".

Not a great look relying on technicalities to avoid having to defend the actual claim

Of course it is ( having said that speeding can kill) but I'm just making the point that these lawyers get paid vast amounts of money to get their clients off with any loophole (technicality ) that they can.

Not a big fan of Prince Andrew but when the Americans send their murdering driver back we can consider sending a our not enough proof for legal case being friends with American child sex trafficker back

Yes because the two cases are related... not, I would imagine the family of Harry Dunn wouldn't appreciate his case being used to protect Andrew

Im sure the family of Harry Dunn would be delighted if she was extradicted as part of a deal to send Andrew over.

It happens between countries. Wouldn't be surprised if they went after Assange in this way. Not saying it will on this occasion. It should though.

That’s a really $hitty thing to say. Just imagine for a second, it was your daughter.

Andrew sacrificed in a deal to return the American woman? not in a million years, any linking of the cases would only be used to justify not sending andrew to the US which some gullible people might think right

The Treaty only works one way as I understand it. UK citizens can, as a matter of law, be extradited to the US but it doesn't work the other way. Therefore Its quite in order for the Wife of a US diplomat to kill someone in the UK and refuse to come back for questioning, but it doesn't work the same way for any UK citizen. That's got to be 'right' as it legally recognises the UK's subservient position to the US.

Not sure who you're refering to when u say your daughter, the one Andrew is supposed to have been involved with or the one who got drunk and fatally mowed down an innocent motorcyclist?
If u do mean the latter, at the risk of turning this from an Andrew thread to a belated justice for Harry Dunn thread......I am/was an acquaintance of his parents, not best friends, but knew them and witnessed their devastation and disregard of international law, and common decency, not from a tinpot dictator state, but from America....I'd like to think if she was my daughter I'd tell her to face the consequences of her behaviour and rightful justice.

For debate rather than any strong opinion either way. Why would anyone ( prince Andrews accuser) Sign a non disclosure type agreement with Epstein. Given she was trafficked by him. ( money I suppose being the obvious answer.)

I was referring to Giuffre. The idea of saying ‘you send yours and we’ll send ours’ just sounds terrible. The status of the Dunn case should have zero bearing on the treatment of the Giuffre case.

I agree, you'd like to think common decency would prevail, I know that's naive and unfortunately no one seems to abide by that, I'm sure there are examples of us as a country doing the same........oh yeah, prince Andrew.
