..... Was never going to kick off at 3pm on Saturday, but I was hoping for a 1230 kick off on Saturday.

Anyway, did I miss the announcement? It seems to be on Sunday now, which means I miss it. :(

Thats a pain Sunday games are much harder for me and a Sunday Lunchtime is not at all good - will probably have to miss it now
There hasnt been any announcement by the club so far - its been moved quite recently as last time I looked it was still on Saturday. Presumably because there is a massive League 1 game on the Saturday and SYP will be fully occupied with that and so we have to move

I only noticed it in my Google Calendar when looking for something else. I then checked the fixture list on the club web site and saw it changed their but didn't remember seeing it elsewhere.

If it because of another event (local or not so local), why can we not have two things at the same time any more? Are people so irresponsible?

It will be the first none covid match I've missed for years* - at least I got the practice in last season.

    * Unless I paid extra to cancel with full refund. ...hmm.

The club never consider how these early starts affect their huge fanbase in California (well, there's me and ...)

Does anybody actually know what’s happening with this fixture? My iCal fixture went to Sunday 12.30 but is now back to Saturday 3pm, yesterday’s programme & official site now have it at 3pm Saturday as does the blunts site & BBC Sport.

Bizarre isn’t it. I’m certain it won’t be a 3pm Saturday KO but I’ve no seen it at 12:30 Sunday. 12:30 Saturday and it’s now back to 3pm Saturday. I’ve no idea but hope it’s sometime Sat

That's chuffing typical. I arranged something else for the Saturday after the game was moved to Sunday. Not cancelling that so it looks like I'll miss our only South Yorkshire Derby.

As I said the last time this was mentioned, we've not been informed of any change. I still fully expect one though. And should that be the case, we'll announce it.

Why was the official fixture list on the club website changed from Saturday to Sunday if that was the Case,

Is the official club fixture list automated in its updates?

Whitey actually does a lot less work than he makes out (the lazy *******) most of his job is done by someone at the other end.

It's an automatic feed from OPTA, we don't have the ability to edit that part of the website within our content management system.

Which I might find annoying, but then I remember fixture release day and I'm glad I don't have to manually create a 46-game web-page.

I never saw that the game had been moved on there to be honest. By the time I saw mention of it, it was saying Saturday 3pm for me. As it does at the moment. Not that I don't believe folk, because a mate sent me a screenshot. But it was the international break and I had a few days away from my laptop so that's why I didn't see it at the time.

The only time you should take note of any fixture change is when it is officially referred to and advertised by either club.
