We're hoping to bring our rescue dog Mayo home tomorrow. If he settles with us, and hopefully he will, then we have a new family member.
Good luck to you (and Mayo) hope it all goes well! Florence (the one in my pic) has been the best decision I have made in such a long time. She's superb, dogs just make life so much better. Still trying to convince the other half to let me get another one but so far not winning that one.
This boy needs a home. Rescued by the same lady who brought Alfie to me. Anyone? Moscow is 6 years old and blind. We think he might have a small amount of vision and he certainly doesn’t let it bother him. He isn’t any trouble. He likes nothing more than a dose and a little stroll round the garden but he walks well on a lead if you fancy a stroll I think his ideal home would be with a retired couple or individuals who have time at home who would like a companion for a bit of daytime TV/sofa lounging and helping round the garden. He has spent too long with us as people can’t see past his disability but I met him today and he is a real love. If you could find a space for him in your home. I’d love to secure him a place on one of our next trips. How lovely for him to be all settled in his new home in time for cozy nights in the winter.
Homeward Hound Dog Rescue, near Manvers Lake Golf Club. He's a great dog, especially when I heard of some of the cruel abuse he's had to endure.
