    There was an outbreak of "Wow" not so long ago. Seems to have settled down again, thankfully.

    "Heart like a pea", which isn't even the correct insult. It should be "heart as big as a dried pea".

    Interestingly I've heard the former used, but never the latter. I'm familiar with the dimensions of the human heart and of a range of peas, with that in mind, I think 'heart like a pea' conveys the appropriate message more succinctly than the supposed correct version you refer to.

    I normally see it used in the first instance, when someone is posting something they know deep down is daft.

    eg. 'Obbi Oulare is an awful signing, didn't want to join us in January, heart the size of a pea. Will get torn a new one at Chamionship level.

    Just my opinion.'
