How about the Simon Davey formation of 1-1? Goalkeeper plus JCR playing every other role on the pitch.

Seen as though Millwall employ a derivative of 3-5-2, I think we have to go 4-3-3, especially at home. High press, high intensity and put some pressure on their back 3.

Will mean our wingers/attackers will have to work hard throughout, as too our fullbacks.

No option for "It won't make a difference"?

A lot is made of formations and too much in my view. What is key is that there is an understanding that each player knows their role and that there is a strategy/plan that fits the set up.

Without the latter, it really doesn't matter how a team lines up.
