One thing that has concerned me is the lack of coaching staff behind the scenes. Or the the lack of quality & experience. Who is Schopps assistant exactly? That Laumann fellow? He must be younger than the players! What experience does he have? And who was that barking orders at the players today? The goalkeeping coach ffs!? Do we have a fitness coach? Clearly not going by this seasons fitness levels.

This season can be salvaged if we get to work now. Let’s bring in a proper manager, preferably UK based, with some experienced coaching staff & a fitness coach capable of getting these players up to speed, basically playing catch up.

These talented young players deserve better!

Too many in key positions have left at once. Not good for stability of the club.

According to the notes in today's match programme from the new CEO, Kevin Pilkington was also leaving after today's game, along with Craig Sedgwick. Pilkington leaving seems to have gone under the radar.

We must have the lowest number of coaching staff in the Championship at the minute.

Given the current levels of fitness and injuries compared to last season I'd send him back to Citeh in the same taxi that was taking Schopp to the airport for a one way flight back to Austria.

If you combine that with a shortage of senior pros, it’s an accident waiting to happen.

Very concerning, what is going on behind the scenes?
