No but I'd spend money refurbing a shop that I rented, just like what is done every day up and down the country.
People do do that if they are living there a long time because they benefit from it on a daily basis.
Not only that but when you rent commercially you have to keep it in good condition. When the company I worked for moved out of an office building we had to put it back as it was when we moved in even repainted it It was a condition of the lease. The football club rented a stadium with 3.5 useable stands. At the end of the lease there should still be 3.5 useable stands
Commercial rents are a nightmare. We rented what was basically a field tarmaced it over. Added mains water, sewage and electric connections made a lovely lined car park. I’m giving it back to the land over end of April. I said do you want to keep it like that or put it back to what it was before. He said put it back. So the lads have been smashing it to bits this week. Daft thing is he’s letting our commercially again and they want all the stuff leaving as it was when we had finished.
Do you know that it does? For the record, I don't know either way. I've got no idea what the term of the lease are, and who has responsibility for maintenance of what. Maybe others on here do. I think we can all agree though that the owners and BMBC do, and this standoff has turned into a complete $hit show that benefits no one.
We are a laughing stock.what with a cowboy as a coach. West stand saga. Oakwell and us staying there saga.sort it out Conway and co. If you are too frightened to talk get your new ceo to it. But a lot quicker than Dane Murphy was allowed to talk
Same with Will’s work. They had an air conditioning unit installed in the office. The owners want them to remove it when they go, even though it would be more attractive to rent it out with air con.
