    Would appear so, there's definitely an agenda by the owners of the club. Either to try and reduce rent or get the ground cheaper

    I've tried to support the board as much as possible, I've given them as much benefit of the doubt as I can muster, but this is dogshit and they best fix this clusterfuck asap.

    Nobody seems to be willing to say what work is required, even the council statement points to work that they have recommended. Though a landlord being able to say what work a tenant should be undertaking seems a conflict of interest.

    Looks to me like tit for tat and half truths from all sides. All three parties should be ashamed.
