    Ill replace Schopp.. My plan is and i can put this on a power point if they prefer.

    In training get the players fit enough to run and press for the full game.
    Select a formation to suit the players available.
    Select players to play in the positions they are best at.
    Select the best available players for the positions.
    Encourage and motivate the players.
    Practice passing, shooting, crossing, defending, corners, throwings and free kicks in training
    Stop any playing out from the back.
    Explain to the fans about injuries and missing players.

    I don't see how it would tarnish the reputation, you wouldn't just automatically forget how important they were as a player........ You might end up with the opinion he's a crap manager, which isn't the end of the world really.
