They look solid enough, winning a lot of games 1-0. Scored indirectly from a set piece free kick today, remember those? I thought it had become illegal or something. Oh and they look fit as well, still pressing high in 93rd minute- remember that? 37% possession with 11shots to 9. standard is on par with championship I’d say.
Thought his mob looked fit and on top of their game to a point...I also noticed he's lost his hat too lol
https://www.fussballeck.com/bundesl...rreicher-der-weinzierl-nachfolger-in-augsburg How well he's done in America has been noticed. With a couple of German top flight clubs interested I don't think he can turn down the chance to go. He might still end up at Man United as a coach too. New York will be lucky to hold on to him through the summer.
I was always a fan. Felt his achievements were downplayed after he jumped ship at the first opportunity.
Be surprised it he went to Man U as a coach, Much less surprised if he finishes up in a top flight club in Europe though No chance of him coming to a 3rd Tier English side thats for sure
Smart bloke who sussed out PMG and didn't want to work for that shower, plus the very tempting gig in New York = can't blame him. Look at the exodus from the club that followed later, anybody with owt abart em wouldn't want to work for Conway & co.
I moved to NY a little while back - no one out here in the city really likes the Red Bulls as they play out in New Jersey. I went with NYC FC who have a bit more about them, sharing a ground with the Yankees isn't ideal (the pitch is on a really weird angle to fit on the baseball field). Last season we won the championship which was great. MLS still isn't really great but it's like a bit of light relief being able to follow them without being really too involved. Would recommend going to a game if you have a trip out here!
