Just heard that but it just said 4 in 4. No mention of a hatrick so wondered if it was 2 in one over then 2 in the next.
Is that one of the Irish lads helping the Dutch out because they can't raise a team? Strange name, anyway!
Great effort by the lad. Had to challenge the umpire who gave 2 of them 'not out'. I was a bit surprised until I saw the umpire was Ian Paisley Jnr. Already put mi coit on, don't worry.
Was in one over. Balls 2-3-4-5. So long as they are balls one after another it wouldn't matter if between overs. Could be balls 5/6 and 1/2 of the next over. I suppose they could call it a hat trick +1.
Great result for Irish cricket though it would be nice to see some of the rewards trickling down to us lot flogging away with sod all funds in Kerry.
But also 2,3,5 and and 2,4,5! Four hat-tricks (cause everybody knows there's four trebles in a yankee!)
Ireland have to beat Sri Lanka today, to qualify for the proper World Cup. Hadn’t realised that Sri Lanka needed to qualify. Doesn’t seem long that they had that brilliant team
Just been on my magic phone and it’s only 9 yrs ago that they were ranked by ICC as number one in T20’s. They are 10th now
Some team they had when they won the T20 World Cup in their country https://www.espncricinfo.com/series...ka-vs-west-indies-final-533298/full-scorecard
Not a bad opening three batsmen combined with the Slinga ( don’t get me started!) as their opening and closing bowler
