    Not sure if it’s 3-4-3 with Williams in the back 3, or 4-3-3 with Williams at left back.

    Don’t think Odour and Iseka fit in the same team unless odour plays as a 10, or is moved to left wing.

    I would say that's probably his whackiest starting 11 yet but here's hoping it gives us three points :)

    Absolutely zero experience in the middle of that midfield (Hondermarck 6 appearences, Gomes 8 appearances).

    Cole vanishes gone back to 23s odour back in with his 1 goal in 40 games or whatever it is.... does he just draw names out of a hat.

    Cole did sort of ok against millwall and has not been seen since it’ does feel like names from a hat when he’s picking a team.

    I don’t object to Will starting just its hard to have much clue what’s going on.

    He's had his chance one start v millwall and 8 minutes as a sub v reading back to under 23s excellent man management if he isn't injured

    Could’ve given Cole a run, and try and get some understanding with Iseka and Woodrow. But he changes it every game. He changes left back every game as well, Collins will play there before Vita.

    From what I have seen I don't think Hondermarck should be anywhere near the 1st team but I hope he proves me wrong.
