Definitely worth way more money than last season now these tactics make him look like an arsehole every week in a relegation fodder team.

Relegation sees players asking for a move...agents see to that....there you go offers come in for our players. Conways dream move ..young uns in under 23s moved up a level to first team....league one even 2 sees more scope for their plans to work when selling players....than it ever will in the championship

If (when?) we go down, player values will go down too because they always move about with the league they’re in.

Values going down by the game. But at least we’re passing it around nicely. Well, we’re meant to be.

There’s truth in this - you can buy cheaper players in league 1 that will be of an adequate standard to push for promotion- then suddenly they’re championship players, it’s not beyond the realms of possibility this is what they see as the best way to make money…..examples are hourihane, mawson, roberts all players promoted from league 1 and sold for good profits, much harder for them to buy players for this division to do well.
Maybe this is their plan, how depressing for fans that just want the club to be the best it can be.

I've been a firm believer that this was their intentions since they turned up in barnsley relegation promotion couple of years in championship rinse and repeat selling players once they come back up.clearing the decks as they go down..nothing but a development club for others now...yes we've sold players to survive before ...but this mob are about to take it to a new level in my opinion ..

This. Kahled’s full statement was probably “I don’t fear relegation... I welcome it.”
