Khaled keeping Schopp in a job because he knows about all the trouble he's had to deal with off the field. Maybe he should start to take notice of what's happening on the field. Maybe the saying needs to be changed to "they don't want to stay up"
Well the one at the end was headed off the line and over the bar by Cole. When if he'd not touched it... Brittians header was in...
We did. It was one-way traffic in the last 20 minutes, they defended desperately. Helik hit the bar from close-in. and there were goal-mouth scrambles. But we had to resort to pumping high balls forward in the last 10 minutes. The damage was done just before half time when they exposed our too high back line, and of course scored twice.
The Robins really got away with one today' we played well 2nd half' Benson looked class and needs to be starting..
Was that actually going in? Thought Brittain should have bust the net rather than heading it back across goal personally. Didn't realise Cole kept it out.
Can't get Schopportunity out fast enough imho. I think we have the players to do much better but a head coach who never knew the plot nevermind lost the plot. We need change now not after defeat to Derby and Hull means we are getting cut adrift at the bottom------yet again. The Great Escape won't happen again as under Struber .
That's correct. Benson played well, was very much involved, and had a far greater impact on the game than Gomes whom he replaced, and should start.
I thought we didn’t do too badly today in all fairness and definitely deserved something. So many chances missed. But yet again, defeat. Why do we seem to get carved open so easily and why do we seem to lose the plot once we concede a goal? I know it might not be his personality but we need someone to rile the players up and/or show some animation on the touchline.
Can't understand MS and his seemingly lack of urgency and inspiration. There was a "drinks break" in the first half, when the players go to the manager's area. MS was just strolling around, hands in pockets, whilst Jo Laumann was talking to the players, trying to motivate and probably give instructions. MS appears unconcerned. Obviously he isn't, but it's not a good look.
I thought last Sunday was embarrassing in terms of how we started the second half. The scoreline 'wasn't that bad' in the end, but overall it was a disaster.
Totally. But for a few of our many chances dropping better. Or them not having a man just in the right place to clear, we could have had 3 or 4. I’m not saying we were amazing, but we didn’t deserve the score line. I still think we need a new coach though. Bristol we’re awful and he still couldn’t unlock them.
