    What's that Peakys Bar up there like? I've never been in as I'm worried it will just be a novelty pub devoted to that awful Peaky Blinders rubbish.

    I remember that description of Barnsley from the 1977 CAMRA guide. I used to go with my dad to the two pubs which you mention. Tetley's was on tap at The Wheatsheaf and Stones' at The Rising Sun. Not the greatest beers, but we were grateful that they weren't John Smith's.

    Lagunitas Daytime IPA. Sadlers peaky blinder beers in bottles. Surprised a peaky blinders themed bar wouldn't bother to get them on tap but hey ho.

    it,s not a bad little bar ,there is 1 more opening across from it in 3 weeks
