    So the media team can retweet inane posts from players on a Sunday from wherever they are but not the fact the managers gone, bout right for BFC. That's right lads keep your paying customers in the know.

    Don't know if you know, but in the book of the Silence of the Lambs, Lecter washes down the guys liver with a "big Amarone" rather than a nice Chianti. I think Anthony Hopkins changed the line.

    I suddenly feel a bit of a “boost“ for our 2 upcoming home games now. I hope people at the club get this too and we can get some much needed points.

    He’s had a raw deal has Schopp with a few things but he’s not helped himself at all.

    Yesterday he played a centre half in midfield. Whilst having 2 CM on the bench, dropping another completely,.....

    And where the **** is halme?

    Random fact. Liver, fava beans and red wine weren't chosen at random or simply to sound sophisticated, they were selected as a subtle reference that Hannibal wasn't taking his medication as the medication used to treat his clear mental issues comes with a warning not to consume beans liver or red wine as it could be fatal. Obviously with Hannibal being a psychiatrist he would have known exactly what he was saying

    But Moon was arguably MOTM yesterday? There might be an argument he was worried about bringing MADDs back for his first game this season and playing one of Benson or Palmer from the start.

    I questioned Moon at kick off. But he contributed to a performance that deserved three points.

    It’s weird really, apart from being glad that he’s gone there’s nothing else.
    Not many managers had as little rapport with the fans.

    A ray of hope perhaps for this season now.

    However IF true I’m again unimpressed by the club, it’s being reported by numerous media outlets but clearly the club have decided they’ll let us know when they feel like it, Feels like ‘when they can be bothered’. Again just smacks of contempt for the fans. Once leaked they should have released an official statement ASAP.

    He really was on a hiding to nothing following big Val, losing Mowatt and having so much of the squad injured at such an important time, but he’s made some baffling team selections and in-play decisions, his lack of engagement with the fans hasn’t helped either. I hope he has better fortune in his next job (as long as it’s not in Sheffield ).

    I thought he was bang average. For a defender I thought he offered nothing in support of the defence (as shown from the position of goals) and showed endeavour without quality going forwards. even if his starting could be justified he should have gone off as he was knackered. A point that even the Bristol commentators mentioned a few times
