    To bring Adam Hamill back home in some way, maybe start his coaching badges (unless he has already started). We need someone in the backroom who knows and loves the club , and will show some passion.

    There’s no reason at all we can’t have both, although it’s been known for passion to get in the way of clear thinking, but in the hierarchy of things I’d want, know how and leadership would be at the top
