    It's great to hear from the players but why is the cringe factor always so high?

    Asked whether he was relieved that the past few weeks are over and they no longer have to answer constant unpleasant questions about Schopp's future.

    Tha knows; from the exact people who were asking those unpleasant questions. Was that a confession of guilt? Someone with a bit more of the Cloughie about them would have a field day with those questions.

    Same with the Jo Laumann interview. He should have taken a klaxon in there and set it off when he heard the ubiquitous "Do you want the job full time?" Everyone knows that is followed by an awkward couple of minutes of pretending they haven't even considered it. Maybe hand out a little paper hat that says "I asked the question" on it. Congratulations.

    Maybe this is why we have a Comms team at work and plebs like me aren't allowed to speak to the press. "Do you have any comments regarding the latest announcement and how it will affect your jobs?" <wwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrpppppp>
