Who would have ever thought a midfield 4 of Brittain Gomes Benson Styles might just work. Not Schopp.

Gomes and Benson are going to be fantastic to watch as a cm pairing for the rest of this season.

We’ve got an option to buy Vita, but not play him.

I don't think he is negative, he looks very much like an organiser always telling others where to go and when to give him the ball...when they all get it I reckon he'll look a very good player.

The only negative I've got is his lack of confidence in his ability to shoot. A couple of times last night he was in a good position 20-25 yards out and looked for a pass instead of having a pop.

Passing and awareness though is top notch.

Awesome tonight. Touch, easy pass, time on the ball, turns players. Was great. Probably went off through fatigue as he was everywhere.
    Roll on Hull.

Come of age last night. Outstanding performance. Took him a few games to adjust to ‘proper football’ but looks like he’s learned fast

Thought he was excellent last night - plays like he's got eyes in the back of his head - always knows which way to turn.

Think (hope) we'll see him grow in confidence and on occasion drive the team forward 20-30yards - he's got an eye for a killer pass and with good movement up top that could unlock a few defences

Easy to forget that he's a young lad at a new team and playing his first regular football, he's gonna be some player when his confidence grows.

Unfortunately, I think there is very little hope that we can sign him permanently. He may even get in the Man City team at some point.

There's a lot of them fighting for a place, not so sure he'll get his chance at Man city, they have all the money in the world to buy the ready made deal.

What I would say is that we might well be able.to loan him again next season if City think another season at our level would do him good.
Didn't they laon someone to Leeds for a couple of seasons before they signed him?

If Benson and Gomes carry on like last night, they could be a very special midfield pairing.

i'm hoping that gomes was subbed because he was blowing out of his ass/cramping up due to lack of game time ( not his fault)

Sadly true. Benson was easily brushed off the ball and Gomes wasn't really involved.

Definitely his fault, he should lay off the curry for a while and cut out the bread and potatoes.
