Sorry for another thread but it is slightly different.What criteria would an overseas coach need to have to work in the uk.Also would this apply to any assistants brought in to the coaching staff.
Does it go on a managers playing record ie international caps or success as a coach ie games won,league table etc. I would imagine you'd have to have top qualifications now to get employment in the UK.
I would guess to manage BFC at the moment the main criteria would be that he or she would need to be f***ing mental
Sure we can sort it out if the home office retain a interest in future compensation for the new coach.
They have to have worked for 2 consecutive seasons in a top European League or for a minimum of 3 years over a 5 year period.
