    Poya's overcome a few setbacks that's for sure. He fits the recruitment profile sometimes used when finding players who have had set-backs being released by bigger clubs. He might just be a tough nut with something to prove. Let's hope he has enough time to get the players shaped up and fighting to stay in the division. I'd expect a couple of young players from Sweden arriving in January.

    The aeroplane story is a bit of a shocker within that. Not the easiest thing to deal with mentally, I'd imagine, for the entire squad.

    Given his life experiences I think its reasonable to assume he's faced a few significant challenges in his 36 years. If that is the case he will be made of sturdy stuff.

    Unlike some on here I'm not at all "meh" regarding his appointment. In fact I'm excited about what he will bring to the club, the changes he's planning, the tactics he will adopt and his relationship with players and fans.

    Having kindly been given a ticket for Khaled's last Q&A I'm expecting the appointment to reflect what I saw that night; positivity, a can do attitide and a determination to take the club forward.

    The proof of the pudding will be in the eating of course but if the lad can develop his career with us then all the better for both the club and him.

    A few years ago this would come up on the music channel when I was at the gym working out (!?!?). At that time I thought that those young ladies were a talented group of musicians.
