Bar none. What the actual, ACTUAL fu¢k was that??! Forget the result - a defeat was almost inevitable - but.....well....I'm genuinely unsure what I just witnessed. All the trappings of a training drill being taken into an actual game. The crowd simply mute, completely numbed by what they saw. Even now, I've got no bloody idea what that was.... Seriously....what was it? Anyone?? The sight of Oulare lumbering about, shaking his head almost in disbelief at the end... Utterly bizarre....

With you on that. Never seen anything like it.

Made worse by the fact that this is the Manager's first game, not his last!

I’ve never sighed at the 4th official putting up 2 minutes at half time before. That was the longest game of football I’ve ever witnessed.

Nothing at all happened. Was dreadful.

Too many players aren't good enough. Did well last season behind closed doors in training ground surroundings but don't have the heart to perform in front of crowds.

Loads left after the 2nd goal went in, the ref just had to turn the screw by adding 4 mins stoppage time !

It was truly horrible to watch. I think Swansea bored our players into submission. Which is just another way of losing - we've mastered everything else.

Aside from our total inability to offer anything, I would absolutely hate to watch Swansea if that's how they play. Very very boring.

It was possibly the worst game of football I've ever seen ...and I saw the 7-0s at Reading, West Brom and Man Utd.

Mind numbingly boring. Defies belief to be honest.

The first half was like watching concrete set. Oakwell was lifeless and only when Morris and Iseka came on did the subdued crowd start to liven up slightly. However after the first Swansea goal it was back to usual and some fans started to drift off. As least Poya Ashbaghi has seen over the last couple of games how weak we are. I just hope he can sort out the mess we are in. Our midfield looks like being overrun every game, our attack is feeble and our defence is poor too. Good luck to Poya, he is gonna need it

I woke up momentarily when Morris came on but unfortunately he didn’t make any difference in the long run. That was such a depressing game to watch.

Things are gonna get worse aren't they? Players are gonna walk off the pitch. We probably won't win again all season lol

it was dreadful to watch in every way. we seem to keep reaching new depths each week. I see no positives whatsoever from that performance. the fact that we managed to hold out for 70 minutes is not something I can legitimately consider a positive. especially considering how we conceded the goals. it's just staggering how much we've gone backwards within 6 months

One positive for me, we looked better organised for 70 minutes. I suppose we have to start by stopping the opposition scoring, unfortunately i can't see us doing that with these players.

As far as I can tell, Swansea came out with a tactic expecting the high press, intending on drawing us out and catching us on the counter. Then we didn't press.

What was really odd was it taking over an hour for them to change tact. Surely Swansea don't play like that every week? That was an utterly dismal, Italy in the 90s tactic. Very weird when they have the players to walk all over us.

This isn't meant as a defence of the manager, though he does deserve time to deconstruct the shambles that Schopp created.

If you simply cede all possession to the opposition and refuse to move more than 5 yards from your designated position it is actually hard to break down any team. We basically played like a team does when down to 10 men but from the first minute and with 11.

Thought we looked a bit more like when Isaka and Morris came on...Woodrow appeared to become a mid field /defensive summat or another and Palmer shouldn't even start let alone play 70 minutes. A guy near me said the new gaffer must have realised the size of the task last night. Sadly true...

You're probably right. Though the fact that Poya completely nullified Swansea for 70 odd minutes on less than a week's training does give some hope. If he can incorporate so fresh attacking ideas while keeping us solid then we might have a chance of turning the ship around.

Get Mads back in and give me a solid, experienced midfielder and I would be happier with that formation.

I thought it was a complete bore fest , if it had not been for a shocking decision by the ref it would have been the worst 0 v 0 I have witnessed , forget the stats because I actually thought watching Swansea pass the ball aimlessly across the back line & keeper was about as bad as watching football gets , the mistake by the ref led to the first goal & without that I have no doubt the game would have continued in the same vein , we hadn"t got the commitment to try & win the game with just setting out to stop the opposition from scoring being the object & once we had to chase the game shades of Morais & his bizare tactics resurfaced , a cart load of forwards supported by no midfield & a back line totally unprotected , the second goal duly arrived & thankfully eventually the ref blew his whistle & put us out of our misery , now on to Peterboro , lets hope our new coaches are fast learners as Saturday is a chance to try & put things right, we will see.
