    Do you think its wrong Helen to have a compo clause?
    I would have loved Val to have stayed but when bigger teams come calling clause or not they find ways of moving on.In that case I would rather take 2 million than nothing.
    Struber,Schopp and Poya all had clauses that we had to meet it just seems the way of the football world now.

    As little as 3 months pay off per year , possibly a little more per year for longer contracts but again all up for negotiations

    We replaced him with Morais and got relegated. No matter what your opinion of Hecky and his prospects of keeping us up (for what it's worth I think he would have), it's a real leap to call it "a blessing in disguise."

    For what its worth i think he would have took us down and if that was the case I had no faith in him taking us back up for a start he thought Adam Jackson was a better defender than pinnock. Things happen for a reason and we had a great season in league on under stendel very enjoyable. The only mistake we made after hecky went was appointing jose.

    The whole things a bit weird. He improved things as caretaker & has done well with the kids but they knew that in the summer. I can’t imagine he’s done much in the last 3 months that would change the owners opinion of him. If they rate him now surely they rated him then.

    Scary what they must’ve paid to Jokanovic & his staff.
