I’d make Helik captain.

Worth £5 million last season but now, according to some, useless and worthless. Why did that happen? Poles tend to be emotional people of extremes. In the right environment they’ll fight to the death, go above and beyond. If something goes wrong in that environment they’ll go to the other extreme, lose direction and self-destruct. Make him captain and I think he’d step up and lead.

Might work might not. But could things get any worse?

 

Says it all when woodrow and Britain were doing half time team talks, ironically 2 most disappointing players this season. This new manager does look like he won't take no bs but it's a shame its nearly all squad with bad attitudes

This **** doesn’t surprise me to be honest, it’s what happens when you fill your squad with young players & fail to add any experience thanks to some S H I T spreadsheet ballax, so thanks for the Cryne jr!

Yes apparently, this blokes probably right with what he's saying I've seen more fight in a toddler than some of this lot. Time to hopefully have a good clear out.

 

Although I do think this is why the club should have appointed a older experienced manager like a warnock. He wouldn't have took this **** from a bunch of soft *****.

 

It wouldn't make a difference, it would just be a temporary thing, going through the motions etc. It needs a complete overhaul from within, day in day out. Discipline/man management.

 

If we lack quality but the team are really trying then there's not a lot that can be done. What I won't accept is a team that made it to the play offs last season behaving like a bunch that don't have to work hard anymore. They need a big reality check and rocket up to the arse.

Completely agree, they seem to be behaving like a bunch of spoilt brats , and need to remember how lucky they are

You are only supposed to speak to the ref on the pitch through the captain so Woodrow is right to moan at the refs, some of the reffing has been diabolical , but do not pass up another chance to have a go at Woodrow , the bloke cannot do nothing right .

 

Drop each player that says it. Let’s get rid of the dummy’s. Then we can start winning games. The players need to get over themselves if this is true…

Perhaps a majority of the players feel that the league below will be less hard work so aren't as keen ? Last season must have been physically tough at the very least.

 

But Val asked them to run through brick walls last season and, by and large, they did. They're getting an easy ride this season and some can't even manage to look like passengers.

 

Didn’t the England Squad do something similar with the Royal Marines IIRC?
