Really glad your enjoyed the Flatbread, went really well. Thanks for trying and supporting what we are trying to do. Lee
4 of us had it - 4 of us loved it pal. Tasty and good value. Keep up the good work. We do appreciate it.
The flatbread was the best thing i have tasted at Oakwell. That includes Leg-ends! It has taken over twenty years since I mentioned the offer should be improved on YTV.
It’s actually better this way and more hygienic. Also, here’s a little secret - if you buy a pie at 2:55, keep it wrapped, and keep it in your coat pocket - it’s a perfect temperature for half-time without having to go back down and buy one. Several of us do this now after we copied a mate of ours who tried it!
Nah if you don't get 3rd degree burns on the inside of your mouth then it's too cold. Plus I can't stand pukka pies for quite a few reasons. They're overpriced for what they are, the quality has dropped significantly over the years. Then there's a few reasons that would probably get me in the dock next to Barton if I didn't word perfectly. I'm still a little confused how they're served though. Do you get a tray or anything to put it in or just a pie in a wrapper? I'm not saying that's a bad thing but I'm easily confused
It comes as normal, in it’s foil tray. And then the whole lot is in a thin clear but branded Pukka wrapper which is perforated slightly. With the feel of the wrapper, it also seems the biodegradable type too. I actually think it’s the right thing to do long-term. No hygiene issues or cross contamination. Similar to this-
Isn't it that lass that died because she was told something did nt have an ingredient in that she was allergic to which resulted in a anaphylatic shock which killed her. Now everything has to be clearly labelled and staff are expected to know the ingredients of everything they serve.
Natasha died after eating a sandwich from Pret A Manger that had sesame seeds in it that weren’t listed on the packaging. The law says that all pre packaged food that is sold anywhere has to have a full list of ingredients and allergens need to be clearly highlighted.
