Is this an official 10,000 or an oakwell 10,000? With 2,000 unfilled seats from ticket holders who haven't turned up!
I've heard it could take over 10 days to get yhe letter postrd from the NHS. How will this help us for next Friday's game? Also, will we need a separate letter for each home game? I'm thinking yes
A negative lateral flow test will suffice. Absolutely foolproof!! Not having a pop at BFC, as I think that they have moved quickly to answer questions, but the whole thing is bonkers.
I know someone who it took 10 days for. So it probably won't be in time for next Friday's game.... Will the proof of jabs suffice. i.e. the cards issued when we got the jabs?
Really easy to add to my Google wallet alongside my seasonal membership. Hopefully most people do the same with that or Apple wallet or bring their letter so queues go down really quickly without people faffing for an Internet connection and trying to sign in holding everyone up.
Whatever any of us think of all the covid constraints that have been put onto us, credit the club with a quick, clear and concise set of FAQs; orgainising something like this for a venue like Oakwell must be a logistical nightmare and they have reacted swiftly and clearly.
Might only need it for two games at most if the government are planning a national lockdown before the cup.
Yeah the club get a lot of stick from some people *ahem* but credit where it's due. The rules are **** but they're Boris's **** not Khaled's and the club have been pretty quick to try their best to explain things
I don't like the owners of this club for more reasons than I could ever be bothered to type. I also believe the way the club has navigated through the legislation of the Covid crisis and kept fans informed to be beyond praise. As in, you have never failed to impress me, and it's a blueprint in immaculate customer service, my praise would not be enough. AND I DON'T LIKE IT! I want my villains easily identifiable. I don't want them doing things perfectly/beautifully/wonderfully. I want you dressed in black and cackling. I'm also struggling with the dichotomy of the West Stand Debacle and Covid. You clearly know how to treat the fan base, you go several thousand extra miles to ensure things are right. People that good at this don't get things so wrong, as they did with the West Stand. It looked so wrong because it wasn't the truth, and you can't sell a lie to people who are so invested. They see through it instantly.
