    The irony is, you've started a new thread to discuss this, when you could have just added to another existing thread on the same subject, on the first page of the forum.

    I would have thought if anyone would appreciate repeat threads about the same subject, it would have been you Dragon.

    The BEF technique should overcome your problems. Not easy to master but keep at it and you’ll find it’s a great help

    BEF stands for Brain /Eye/ Finger. My brain decides on what it wants to read and instructs my eye to look for it. Lets say my brain wants to find a football thread. My eye skips past other threads until it finds a footy thread. My brain then instructs my finger to open it up and my eye reads it. My brain is well happy.

    As I said it takes some practice but once you’ve got the hang of it, you’ll find what you want in seconds. Hope that helps.
