    First time I've seen him play since he left and on that showing I'm not sure what he'd actually bring to our midfield.

    I thought he'd been subbed midway through the first half.

    Benson looks a duffer and with Helik, Brittain, Styles, Anderson, Williams on the pitch Gomes is wasted because he doesn't need to break up play. We need a proper attacking midfielder.

    Showed a lot more of it than Benson and Gomes. Wasn’t it Mowatt with the free-kick for the chance early doors off the post? Also a few decent deliveries, and he setup Hugill for the open goal miss?

    Might be wrong on that last one.

    If we're to stand a chance we need an attacking midfielder and battering ram up front in January. Doesn't have to be a Dike just someone to take the strain off Morris because if he gets injured again...well it doesn't bare thinking about.

    He had a shocker tonight. Embarrassing as well our fans clapping him every corner he took. The first one fair enough but FFS he plays for the opposition he doesn't need a hand every single time. Glad he applauded our fans at full time. The least he could do for stringing them on with fake hope of signing a new contract.

    Wankest free kick ever. Ran up straight. Looked straight down keeper and hit it down his throat. I'm certain he was trying to win a corner and rouse the crowd. Unfortunately only thing he warmed was Johnstone's finger tips.
