They know they’d need Labour votes to get anything to pass through Parliament so they can’t bring in any more restrictions and look weak. Depending on public mood though, not bringing in restrictions may make them look weak. Equally, bringing in restrictions (even if they didn’t need Labour votes) and people ignoring them and talking about the parties makes them look weak. They’re in a tricky place and are in no place to lead us through a pandemic with so little trust from the public and support from their own party. Whatever you view on restrictions and whether you think they are needed or not, someone who can’t make public health decisions that they feel are necessary due to their own MPs not supporting them is not good for the country.

He literally hesitated making a decision, to say he wouldn’t hesitate making a decision.

I read the boy who cried wolf to my little one last night. I wonder if bojo was read that as a child? Probably not. Lol

Sturgeon might have cried Wolf. If the findings show that Omicron is mild which is widely expected later in the week. Sturgeon is the one who is going to be left with egg on her face. You can't suddenly re-arrange all those cancelled events. That may have been cancelled for nothing.

They have to go a step further. I'm certain they're all (Leaders of home nations) puritans.

Well for balance you can still legally spend all day in the pub in Wales.

To be fair there aren’t that many pubs in Wales I’d like to spend all day in

    aaaaaaaaaargh!

---- have you ever been in The Dic Penderyn in Merthyr Tydfil (probably not!) - brilliant pub - but be warned as soon as the natives realise someone from the East of Offa's Dyke has walked in they may start speaking Welsh !

If they merged it would be the Dic Van Dyke. Best Gay Bar in the valleys.

Three Reds called Victor Adeboyejo, Robin Van Der Laan and Daryl Dike have already bought a pub together but called it Vic Van Dyke.
