    The fans I knew when I was working at Next didn't rate him at all - the arsenal fans from AFTV cant wait for him to leave either. And tbf to them, he's not exactly a young un and has been very poor when playing. Maybe he's kicking on now after this game just intime for us to loan him in Jan :cool:

    As far as I know (from the AFTV fans haha) they've offered him a contract so they can get some transfer fee for him - bit like what happened at Man united with Phil Jones

    I've seen that much live and tv football since circa 1964 Helen. That I have little or no interest in watching any other team. Barnsley are a way of life. So to speak.

    They carved us up at the back and we couldn't live with their pace, skill and movement, just shows the gulf between the top of league one and a near 2nd string top 6 premier league team.

    We didn't get many breaks on the night, we lost one of our strikers right on half time and hit the post in the second half which would have made it 3-2 but thats probably for the best, imagine playing Man City over two legs, no thank you!
