We’re a fair bit worse than we were under Schopp in my opinion despite having Morris & Anderson back.

Morris gives us more going forward & Anderson gives us more defensively but we’re far worse in midfield. People won’t like me saying it but we were better for having Moon in midfield than the soft lads we’ve got currently.

Obviously we were also pretty crap under Schopp but there were a handful of games where we at least had the better of a half & got to half time either leading or at least deservedly in the game still. Fatigue seemed to be the biggest downfall under him where as now if we’re still in touch at half time it seems to be an absolute fluke.

Poya is no better than Schopp but more articulate. I fear he can only talk the talk as the team shows no signs of improvement and I feel is on the verge of breaking up in the January window and we are left with the dross. Too many players who don't have the skill, experience and in many cases the heart or temperament to be winners.

I am afraid his decision making last night has put a big question mark in my head, Odour was clearly one of our better players last night yet he got hooked whilst Benson & Palmer survived , also I would have replaced Iseka long before he finally did , this lad is bone idle, he offers no support to his colleagues & his effort off the ball is none existent . I have a degree of sympathy with him because he is working with one hand tied behind his back & he must be given the tools to do the job & currently he has not but he is not filling me with confidence , our play is slow & predictable which are his tactics & this worries me .

Our head coach appointments are exactly the same as our transfer policy. Cheap, unproven rolls of the dice. Some will come off and some won't. Its all rather demoralising.

It should have been a temporary appointment keep us up you keep the job kind of thing. Now we have another head coach who shows no passion stands on the sidelines hands folded with a 0% win rate after 6 games. This lot know how to pick em.

In my opinion we have got worse. We are more defensive than ever, which is proven not to work. This chap isn't the man for the job. We need some one who understands the championship. One or 2 come to mind and some are not as far away as we keep looking

If we get the right bloke now we still could be saved and get Kane back and let Benson go

Id get used to him this lot arent going to get shut again and pay him out. They make a habit of wasting money but i think hes here for the season. Hopefully its in his contract if we go down he is let go.

I could see what he was trying to do in the first few games, but for all the talk of systems and defensive shape etc... what we need more than anything is a bit of fight. If we can show the sort of urgency in defence like we did against West Brom, then we'd give ourselves a chance in games. Ok, West Brom had their chances, but had we defended like that a week earlier we'd have beaten Preston.

Teams at the bottom of this league generally become difficult to play against in the second half of the season because they scrap for whatever they can get. But I can just see us continuing to try to be technical and just carry on losing games.

May as well have just promoted someone from the club. I doubt they guy who took over for a couple of games or maybe disco would have done any worse. At least disco would have got them fighting

honestly can’t see how a manager can come into a team in the bottom 3, do f€ck all different and expect results to change. At times last night we couldn’t find a player 2 yards away. We’re going down hill not getting better

I blame Laura for last nights defeat. She was eating a poppadum with her mouth open and it coincided with Blackburn going 1-0 up.

Poya says "he knew what he was getting himself into." Id say yep, totally. His remit, to do as he is told and improve players, to bring though to sell on. Even at the expense of results. He's doing what he's paid to do and what he's use to, an under 23s coach.
The main sting in the tail is, its at the fans expense, not the owners

that's a fair shout. he doesn't seem to have much of a grasp of what it takes to play competitive championship football. certainly not relegation scrap championship football.
